Visit us here at the Priory on one of our highly sought after Dinner Date Evenings on Tuesday 14th April 2020
Arrival is from 6.00 pm so you can wander at your leisure, visit bedrooms you have not yet seen, take in the gorgeous Tower again or stroll around the grounds.
From 7.00 pm, welcome drinks will start to circulate and a selection of chef’s handmade canapes will be offered for you to try.
We will also have wines for you to try, so you can see what upgrades are on offer for you to have on your special day! Our Candy Cart and Garden Games will be set up also for you to enjoy!
A 3-course meal is then served at 8.00 pm by our friendly Front of House team.

Prawn and Crayfish Tian
Prawns and Crayfish bound in Marie Rose sauce served with sliced Avocado, dressed leaves and Lemon Dressing
Chickpea and Red Pepper Falafel with Baby Spinach and Zhoug (VG)
Homemade falafel served with a spicy cilantro sauce
Chicken and Asparagus Salad
Served with Baby Spinach, Stilton and Pine Nuts
Pesto Roasted Salmon
Served with Roquette Salad Parmesan Shavings & Basil Oil

Fennel Tart with Courgette Tagliatelle (VG)
Baked pastry tart on courgette tagliatelle served with hickory-smoked tempeh
Roasted Fillet of Salmon
Served with chargrilled Fennel and a Lemon Emulsion
Free Range Breast of Chicken
Stuffed with Chorizo served on Sweet Onion and Potato Lyonnaise with a Roasted Tomato and Smoked Paprika Sauce
Roast Pork with Apricot and Stuffing
A tender piece of Pork on bubble and squeak, garnished with sliced Toffee Apple and Cider Sauce

Lemon Cheesecake (VG)
Date and blanched almond base, topped with a zesty cashew topping, sweetened with agave syrup
Apple and Blackberry Crumble (VG)
Seasonal cooked fruits, topped with a cinnamon crumble, served with vegan custard

Triple Chocolate Torte (V)
with Raspberry Mascarpone and Mint
Our Dinner Dates don’t just have to be for just the two of you… You can bring mum’s and dads, sisters, brothers, best men or bridesmaids too… The more the merrier!
Ticket prices are £46pp and include a welcome drink and a 3-course meal. Payment is required in full upon booking.
Rooms are available from £100 based on two sharing and include breakfast the following morning.
