Winter Soiree

Join us for an evening of smiles, laughter and dancing with family and friends.
There will be live music during and after the meal to enjoy along with a three course meal and a drink to welcome you on your arrival.
Arrive from 5.30pm to check in to your room if you are staying in our overnight accommodation or make your way to the bar where you will be greeted with a glass of fizz.

Starters
Smoked bacon and wild game
Cranberry roulade with pink grapefruit salad and cumberland sauce
Roasted Goats cheese crostini
Caramelized mango, chili and beetroot salsa with a rocket salad
Smoked salmon and chervil pate
Cucumber relish and toasted brioche
Mains
Slow roasted pulled pork fillet
Served with mash potato, honey braised pak choi, black treacle and orange jus
Oven baked supreme of Hake fillet
Topped with basil hummus and chorizo
Baby spinach risotto, balsamic syrup and roasted tomato olive oil
Crispy puff pastry layered with slow roasted red peppers and avocado
Caramelized figs, golden beets and chunky tomato ragout
Dessert
Classic crème brulee
Studded with brandy soaked cherries and chocolate shortbread
Caramelized poached pear and almond tart
Rich crème anglaise with raspberry sorbet
Warm white and dark chocolate brownie berry compote
Dark chocolate ice-cream with salt caramel sauce

Accommodation is available and priced from £100.00 per room including breakfast the following morning.
