Dadnor Estate English Sparkling Rosé

Exclusively available to couples getting married with us, this exquisite sparkling wine is light, fruity and laden with bubbles, making it the ideal tipple for your guests to sip on throughout your wedding day. It’s made primarily from chardonnay grapes grown by our Chairman in the beautiful countryside of Herefordshire and expertly crafted at The Three Choirs Vineyard in Gloucestershire. Speak to your Personal Wedding Manager about adding an extra round of Dadnor Sparkling Rosé for welcome drinks, pre-ceremony drinks or welcome drinks for your evening guests.

We have partnered with a local wine merchant to hand-pick some of the best wines available on the market. These have been paired together to create the best combination of wines for your special day. Take the stress out of your 'morning of' with our 'night-before' cottage!
The Fisherman’s Cottage allows the members of the wedding party to arrive the night before the big day. Check in from 5 pm and relax in the six-seater hot tub, safe in the knowledge that all the travelling is done! Fall asleep relaxed, awake feeling revived and refreshed, bright and early the next morning with ample time for pampering and preparations.

Personal Wedding Manager
You will be allocated your very own Personal Wedding Manager to assist you with your plans in the build up to your big day. They will also oversee and ensure the smooth running of your day when it arrives.
Venue Manager
Our Venue Manager is here to ensure the seamless running of the venue, and to co-ordinate with all heads of departments ensuring all preparations for your day are in place.
Head Chef
Our Head Chef offers up his culinary expertise along with his team to provide you with first-class catering for your day. As their focus is entirely on wedding catering, they know what and how to prepare the best dishes for you to enjoy.
Bar & Beverages Manager
Our Bar Manager is on hand to assist you with choosing the perfect wine & drinks to accompany your food menus. Why not ask them about a personalised cocktail just for your guests?
