If so we are offering a Dinner Date Evening for you to attend.
Dinner Date Evenings are a great opportunity to sample the quality, taste and presentation of the food and to experience the standard of the service we provide here. It is also a great opportunity to experience dining at our gorgeous venue.
You are welcome to arrive from 5pm to wander the house and grounds. Dinner will be served at 8pm in one of your gorgeous Wedding Breakfast locations.

Wild Mushroom Risotto (V)
Wild mushrooms sautéed with garlic and fresh herbs topped with rocket and parmesan finished with herb oil
Duck Confit
On a bed of pickled red cabbage with a toasted sesame and honey dressing
Baked Camembert Tart
Poached William pear topped with rich and creamy Camembert encased with puff pastry
Warm Chicken Salad
Served with celeriac remoulade, pancetta and sage
Mains
Roast Leg of Lamb
Served with redcurrant & rosemary stuffing and a rich roast jus
Herb Crusted Salmon
On a bed of julienne vegetables with a chive butter sauce
Roasted Vegetable Wellington (V)
Roasted seasonal vegetables encrusted in puff pastry served with a cranberry reduction
Slow Braised Belly of Pork
Served on buttered Savoy cabbage with fondant potatoes & a rich cider & sage jus
Dessert
Marmalade and Whisky Bread and Butter Pudding
A traditional dessert flavoured with a tangy orange marmalade and a rich Whisky custard
Sticky Toffee Pudding
Served with toffee sauce and Baileys cream
Chocolate and Salted Caramel Brownie
With dark chocolate sauce and vanilla ice cream
Lemon Tart
Crisp sweet pastry filled with a rich lemon custard served with clotted cream and raspberry
