Winter Soiree

Join us for an evening of festive fun, laughter and dancing with family and friends.
Our Winter Soiree doesn’t just have to be for our couples. Why not book your works party, friends Christmas meal, family get together or even date night?… All are welcome!
There will be a drink and canapes to welcome you on your arrival and live music to enjoy along with a three course meal.
Dress code: Dress to impress!
Arrive from 5.30pm to check in to your room if you are staying in our overnight accommodation or make your way to the bar where you will be greeted with a glass of fizz and some tasty canapes.
Dinner will be served at 6.30pm.
The Menu
Starters
White Cornish Crab
Served with pickled cockles and avocado puree
Duck Confit
On a bed of pickled red cabbage with a toasted sesame and honey dressing
Baked English Goats Cheese
With toasted brioche, ruby beets and caramelized red onion
Spicy Winter Parsnips Soup
Topped with a pancetta crisp

Honey Glazed Pork Belly
Served on a buttered fondant potato, finished with a sticky syrup
Leez Priory’s Twist to Fish ‘n’ Chips
Pan fried fillet of cod with triple cooked chips topped with crispy seaweed
Calves Liver with Smoked Bacon
Served on bubble and squeak with a parsnip crisp
Woodland Mushroom and Chestnut Puff Pie
With a redcurrant reduction on buttered mash potato
Desserts
Chocolate and Cherry Bread and Butter Pudding
With homemade creme anglaise
Sticky Toffee and Pear Pudding
Served with vanilla bean ice cream
Classic Crème Brûlée
Served with short bread biscuit
Winter Fruits Mascarpone Cheese Cake
With a kirsch and blackberry compote topped with Chantilly crème
Tickets are £65.00pp
Accommodation is available and priced from £100.00 per room including breakfast the following morning.
