Split between our two seasonal menus – Autumn / Winter and Spring / Summer, our Luxe Tasting Evenings provide the perfect opportunity to sample an extensive range of food & drink from our Luxe menus.

Designed to give our couples a comprehensive introduction to our Luxe catering.
These evenings are primarily for our Luxe couples, who have 2 free tickets included in their Luxe wedding package or upgrade; however, friends and family are also welcome to join the feast.

What is the price for the Luxe Tasting Evening?
Each Luxe Package includes 2 tickets to a Luxe Tasting Evening. Couples that have the Luxe Package can buy additional tickets for their friends & family at £98.50 per person. -
Can I bring friends & family?
Of course - the more the merrier. However, these events are adult-only. -
What are the menu options?
Once you have picked out the event dates that you are able to attend, contact us to request the menu for that specific event. Our chefs aim to provide approximately 50% of your seasonal menu for you to choose from. The entire Luxe wine list will also be available to sample. -
Are Spring / Summer menus available in the Spring & Summer?
In an ideal world this would be the case, but as we are rather busy in Spring & Summer, we often have to arrange Spring / Summer events in the Autumn & Winter. Our Chefs do their best to get the best produce irrespective of the season, but sometimes their is a compromise. Rest assured, on your actual wedding day, your food & drink will be bursting with seasonal freshness. -
Can I pre-order alternative wines to try?
Of course, we have a Specials wine menu which has a range of classic, seasonal & sustainable wines for you to choose from. Alternatively, speak to a member of our weddings team if you had something else in mind. You will need to let us know in advance which wines you'd like to try and we'll ensure they are available for you on the day to try with your meal. Some sample wines may incur a per-bottle charge. -
What are the timings of the evening?
Guests can arrive & check in to their room (where applicable) from 5pm - the bar will be open. Welcome drinks & canapés are served from 6pm to 6.45pm. Food service begins at 7pm. -
Can we stay the night?
Yes, our main house rooms are available so you can relax after an evening of fine dining. Rooms are priced at a discounted rate of £125 for a standard room and £150 for a premium room for double occupancy and includes a delicious full English Breakfast the following morning. -
Is there a dress code?
There isn’t a dress code per se, but we suggest you might want to dress smart casual. -
I have dietary requirements; can these be catered for?
Absolutely! We cater for all dietary requirements and just ask that you inform us of these when making your reservation.
