This year, we’ll be hosting our winter event on Thursday 12th December 2024 and it will be the perfect evening of festive cheer, delicious food and drink, and spectacular entertainment.
Upon arrival, our attentive team will welcome you with a festive-themed cocktail and canapes before you head to our Dining Room for a delicious three-course meal.
Our exclusive menu has been hand-crafted by our Head Chef to bring you a mouth-watering selection of festive favourites that will excite your taste buds. Once you’ve had your fill of our festive feast, you’ll then be able to party until late, with fantastic entertainment.
Whether you’re arranging your office party, a big family celebration or a pre-Christmas Day get-together with your friends, our Winter Ball will be the ideal setting for you to celebrate this festive season.
Winter Soirée Menu
Starters
Slow Braised Gloucestershire Old Spot Pig Cheek
Served with a nduja beurre blanc, caramelized apple and topped with smoked pork crackling
Agnolotti Pasta (v)
Fresh pasta made in-house stuffed with butternut squash & truffle puree, tossed in a sage beurre noisette sauce and topped with toasted pine nuts and parmesan shavings
Cornish King Scallops
Served with a curried parsnip veloute, baby watercress and parsnip crisps
Whipped Duck Liver Parfait
Served with cherry and port jam, toasted pistachios and homemade brioche
Mains
Sirloin of Wiltshire Beef
Served with beef dripping triple-cooked chips, ragu stuffed onion, caramelized shallot aioli and a bone marrow sauce
Breast of Guinea fowl
Stuffed with Cavolo Nero, gorgonzola and chestnuts served with garlic and thyme fondant potato, celeriac puree and a porcini mushroom sauce
Beetroot and Red Onion Tarte Tatin (ve)
Roasted baby beetroots and caramelized red onion baked on crispy puff pastry served with winter greens and baby potatoes
Pan Fried Sea Bass
Served on top of a saffron risotto with mussels, king prawns, garden peas and finished with a drizzle of chervil oil
Desserts
Caramelized Brown Sugar Tart
Served with nutmeg ice cream
Gingerbread Panna Cotta (ve)
A coconut panna cotta infused with spices of gingerbread served with vegan vanilla ice cream
Figgy Brown Butter Tartlet
Served with Baron Bigod brie, a spiced Granny Smith chutney and Essex honey
Chocolate S’more Soufflé
Served with Baileys mint ice cream

Tickets
Tickets are now available at £75 per person and include a welcome drink, canapes and a delicious 3-course meal followed by tea & coffee. This event is for advance bookings only and we advise you to book early as spaces are limited!
Accommodation
Why not make this a Christmas mini-break by making it an overnight stay? Add accommodation and not only will you enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep in one of our superb bedrooms, but you’ll also tuck into a full English breakfast the following morning.
